Dear Bloggie friends and readers, near and far:

Another year has gone by, and as we get ready to welcome 2014, the Year of the Horse, I want to remind you that any obstacles we encounter in our writing or in our life are just opportunities to make us better.

May 2014 fill you with the strength of the horse so you can accomplish all your goals.

Keep writing and I'll see you in 2014!

  1. Happy New Year and good writing to you for 2014

  2. Wishing you, and your family, a very Happy New Year! May 2014 bring you much happiness, health and peace of mind.

For my own point of view 2013 has had its low points, but amongst the highs I consider my blogging experience to be up there with them, especially some of the great people I have encountered through the medium of blog.

You, Claudia, I count as one of those exceptional high points of 2013; you're not only an exceptionally talented writer/editor/blogger/teacher, but you are a genuinely warm, caring, considerate and empathic person... and I'm honoured to count you as one of my friends. You've accepted me into your blogoverse without pause or hesitation and shown me trust and consideration that has meant so much to me, especially as a fledgling wannabe writer. You've treated me as an equal and that is something I shall always admire and respect in you.

And I am sure there are others out there who would happily echo my words when I say, thank you for being my friend.

  3. Year of the horse eh? Always good to know. Happy New Year, Claudia - just hold the the thought until midnight :)

  4. Hi, Claudia, nice reminder! I think it's the obstacles that make us improve and grow. They highlight the next step. Happy New Year.

I appreciate your taking time to leave a comment ;)
Wishing you a safe New Year's Eve and a prosperous 2014!!!
